黄晓明 张佳宁 于谨维 菅纫姿 艾晓琪 李强 于洋 耿长军 1940年1月，头部受伤的我党地下工作者梁朔在深山暴雪中苏醒，他因伤失忆，根据线索来到上海寻找自己的身份却陷入日军围捕，因此怀疑自己是军统一员。汪伪76号的人也找到他，称他是行动处的处长。此时日汪政府联合举办的“和平共荣大会”即将召开，一批被日方严密囚禁的难民劳工也将在会后被推上战场，生命危在旦夕。我党制定“潜渊”计划，准备在大会召开之际解救同胞。在这关键时刻，执行计划的地下党员“清霜”却不知所踪。梁朔在日伪特务的重重陷阱下重新找回记忆，原来他就是“清霜”。梁朔坚持自己的红色信仰，以身涉险，重回76号寻找解救同胞们的机会。他获悉一份尘封了十余年的日谍名单也将在大会上被启用，为完成“潜渊”计划，他必须夺取名单。梁朔发动身边所有爱国力量，粉碎了日方阴谋，解救了千余名难民。
