村上丽奈 叶玉卿 曹查理 祖儿和婷婷其实是一对情如姊妹的好友，两人都爱上了大维，感情渐渐出现裂痕。婷婷为了保存这份友情，毅然引退，悄然离港远走美国。大维感到极度失落，再度迷失在祖儿的感官世界中，但纵欲的刺激，无法填补内心的空虚，大维终于离开祖儿。其后大维遭受到事业上的残酷打击，公司终于经营失败，为日本最大的财团“大田”所收购。大维因此又邂逅他生命中的另一个女子——裕子。
裕子是“大田”总裁松田太郎的独生女，太郎派她来港接管公司，与大维朝夕共处，渐渐对大维产生情意。大维为了保住事业，与裕子来往甚密，事实上裕子风情万种，大维亦感到心动。松田太郎为个大日本主义的财阀，他强迫大维加入日本籍，并指令大维娶裕子为妻。在结婚的前夕，大维与裕子结合，但此后认识到自己加入日本国籍，无异是出卖灵魂，遂悄然离开，然而不久，失身又失意的裕子却被人强奸至死……
